Gather your fellow Vikings and form your own clan for a chance to be featured in Valhalla’s upcoming trailer!
To participate:
- Join us at Discord: https://discord.com/invite/Floki (read manual below for help).
- Go to Game-section and click ‘Unlock Valhalla-Section’.
- Go to ‘Clans’ and post your name, logo, and a brief description.
- Select the tag “Trailer Initiative” to confirm your entry.
Deadline: September 27th, 2023.
Rules:
- The logo must be an original design without the use of copyrighted material.
- AI generated images are permitted.
- Logo aspect ratio must be 1:1 (square).
- The logo must not insinuate any price action.
- The clan/logo must not be offensive or harmful in any way, including but not limited to promoting hate speech, profanity, racism, sexism or anything considered poor taste.
- Only one entry per clan is allowed.
- Entries must be submitted before the deadline (Sep 27th, 2023).
- By participating, the participants agree to be bound by these rules and any decisions made by Floki.
- If your clan logo is selected, please note that Floki will have full rights to utilize this in Valhalla’s upcoming trailer. As such, you forfeit any rights to the submitted logo along with any remuneration that is witnessed in perpetuity.
How winners will be determined:
A few of the most fitting logos from clans will be selected by the Valhalla creative team.
Please ensure you follow all rules strictly in order to qualify.
Discord instructions:
- Go to http://discord.gg/Floki.
- You will need to create an account to access the server. You can do this either by using your email or your phone number. If you already have a Discord account, you can skip this step.
- To access the server, follow these steps to unlock it: Click the “complete” button located at the bottom right of the screen.
- After clicking “complete,” you will be prompted to read the server’s rules. Once you have read them, check the box that says, “I have read and agree to the rules” at the bottom of the page, and then click “submit.”
- Click the “✅️ ENTER THE SERVER” button below to gain access.
- Navigate to the #game-section under VALHALLA on the left side of the screen. Here, you can unlock the Valhalla channel by clicking the “Unlock Valhalla Section” button.
- Visit #clans under Valhalla to create your clan. Click on “New Post,” and you will be prompted to enter a short title. Below the title, provide a description of your clan’s purpose and activities. Keep in mind that only a small part of your description will be visible until it’s clicked to read the entire text, so make it eye-catching and concise.
⇒ Upload your clan logo as the thread image by clicking the “+ picture” icon at the far right of the title. Additionally, select an appropriate tag just below your description, such as “Clan Offer,” “Recruitment Opened,” or “#Recruitment Closed.”
⇒ Make sure you select the tag “Trailer Initiative” as this will grant us your permission to use your clan’s logo in the trailer! If you do not wish to participate, simply do not include this tag in your post.
Tip: Ensure that your image is in a square ratio; otherwise, it may not be fully displayed after you post it.
